Hello Redfish Parents,

Don’t forget: this Sunday, April 23 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm is the Redfish Season Kick-Off Event at the Morningside Amenity Center (MAC) Pool!

We will have some games and crafts, cookies and lemonade, fun music and a Redfish Scavenger Hunt for fun and laughs! We’re hoping we’ll have some good pool weather for the kiddos to play in the pool. Some of the Redfish merchandise has arrived already and will be available for pickup if you pre-purchased it, or for sale if you didn’t. We hope you’ll get there at 2:00 and stay until 4:00, but if you can only make it for part of the event, you're certainly welcome to come and go as you're available! 

NEW FAMILIES: This is an important event for new families and swimmers. It is a chance to meet one of the coaches and a few junior coaches, members of the leadership board, and some of the volunteer leads. So be sure to bring all of your questions: about how meets work and what your volunteer role will be like, etc. For new swimmers, this event gives the children an opportunity to get the butterflies out of their stomachs and hopefully meet some other Redfish in their age group. Meeting the coaches and other swimmers will help them feel more comfortable in the first week of practice.

* If you are unable to make it to the kick-off party, your pre-purchased merchandise will be distributed at practice during the first week of practice. *
